Online Registration (OLR) 2021-2022

Registration is now open for all students, see information below:


You are an existing family if you have student(s) in the district. Once you have your Parent Portal account set up please follow steps below to complete the Online Registration.

Log in to your Parent Portal account and you will see the following announcement:

"Welcome to Parent Portal!
To access Online Registration, please select More at the bottom of the left Panel and then select Online Registration located at the bottom of the menu.

Note: Email messages are sent regularly to all current parents/guardians who do not have a Campus Parent Portal account with instructions on how to create an account. The subject of these email messages is: Parent Portal Account Activation - Activación de la Cuenta del Portal de Padres. Please contact your child's school if you haven't received these emails and you do not have a Parent Portal account yet.

TK/Kindergarten Enrollment

This year we are implementing online registration for all students.  Online Registration starts January 19, 2021 for TK/Kindergarten and NEW students to the district ONLYRegistration icons will not be active until that date. See below to determine if you are a new or existing family, select the icon and start the process.

Please note: Parents/Guardians of current students will go through the Online Registration process in August to update student information and complete annual forms. More communication will be sent as August approaches.

Option to Register at School Kiosk
Families that do not have internet access, a computer or current email address, can use a kiosk station at their child’s school to register. You will need the documents listed below to register a student.


Preparing for Registration

Please have the following documents ready to upload:

  1. Birth Certificate

  2. Immunization Record

  3. Current driver’s license

  4. Proof of residency must be submitted. The list below contains the acceptable items to establish residency. You only need 1 item from the list.
  • Current vehicle registration that matches the driver’s license submitted
  • Current employee check stub with current address
  • Voter registration card
  • Utility bill: current electricity, gas or water bill with current address

Please also have the following information ready before beginning your online registration:

  • Parent information: work and cell phone numbers, email addresses
  • Student information: demographic and health/medication information.
  • Emergency contacts: names and phone numbers for each contact
  • Physician: name and phone number

Transfers & School of Choice

Please note:  We have will continue to accept applications for the Immersion Program until May 28, 2021.  

How do I request a transfer within the district for my child?

Please review the Intradistrict Open Enrollment Form (below) and/or call 712-7100 with questions. This form is due late spring.
